CIVIL ENGINEER Engineering position functioning on the project level, reporting to a project manager. Requires registration as a Civil Engineer in California and at least 5 years experience in private and/or municipal engineering. The position is responsible for project engineering design development and coordination for a variety of projects including subdivisions, commercial, industrial, recreational facilities and municipal improvements including highway, water, wastewater and drainage design. Effective written and oral communications skills are required, including good public speaking skills and client coordination. Proficiency in computer applications including AutoCAD/LDT 2008 (or similar), drainage analysis, spreadsheet and word processing is required.
